Every Nacrebloom pearl jewelry package carries full shipping insurance at no extra cost for customers:
- If your parcel is confirmed lost by the logistics carrier, we offer a full refund or free re-delivery of your pearl jewelry
- For items damaged upon arrival: you must provide unboxing video + clear damage photos within 48 hours after receiving the package, we will arrange replacement or compensation after verification
